A visible stencil feed on a notched and calibrated base makes stencil alignment very easy.
Universal Stencil Cutting Machines are available in 6 character sizes, including 1/8", 1/4", 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 2". All Universal stencil cutters are built to U.S. Government specifications GG-S-747. These rotary magazine stencil cutters are designed for use with standard oilboard materials. For best results use .007" oilboard with the 1/8" machine and .010" or .015" oilboard with 1/4" and larger machines.

Universal SCM-5E Electronic Stencil Cutting Machines will cut character sizes from 1/4" tall and up. The Stencil CAD software supplied contains a standard stencil character font with both upper and lower case letters. Logo and symbol vector files can be imported and merged with text characters.

The SCM-5E Electronic Stencil Cutters will cut vinyl, mylar and 0.015" oilboard. The Ultra-Cut Vinyl material has a repositionable adhesive backing which is ideal for use in stenciling on pipes and other cylindrical parts. This cutter will handle stencil media in sheet or roll form up to 29" wide.

StencilCAD software will run on PC's with Windows98 or later operating systems.
